RULES

1. You must be 21 years old or older to purchase tickets and collect the raffled gun. No refunds.

2. Tickets sales are restricted to only those persons residing within Arizona.

3. Winner must pass all applicable background checks and abide by all Arizona state laws.

4. Winner shall claim prize at Diamondback Shooting Sports: 7030 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson AZ 85710.

5. The winner shall be notified by contact information provided at time of the ticket purchase.

6. Any prizes left unclaimed after 30 days shall be forfeited to an alternate winner.

7. Prize shall be drawn after all 175 tickets are sold or on June 1, 2024 - whichever comes first.

All advertisements and fundraising solicitations are paid for by the Pima County Republican Party. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate committee. This committee is required by law to obtain identifying information from donors.
