**For Virtual Participation, you must be logged in under your own name as a voting member to be deemed present. You must provide a valid email that belongs only to you for voting. There are several limitations to be aware of. Voting members will be able to vote on anticipated motions and votes, there are limitations for virtual attendees to vote on any motion raised on the floor (we are working for a solution to this), the technology being used does not allow for motions or points of order to be taken from virtual attendees. Technology issues and disruptions are inherent risks to hybrid in-person/virtual meetings. We will do our best to keep the technology working optimally, but some issues are outside of our control. Zoom will be utilized as the meeting platform. Election Buddy will be used for casting votes anonymously. These are independent 3rd party platforms with which the ORP has paid subscriptions and we must operate within the confines of these programs.
