Planned Giving: If you would like to leave a lasting gift to LELDF and connect your legacy to protecting and defending our law enforcement officers, we encourage you to leave a planned gift or bequest to LELDF. If you would like to make such a gift to the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund through your will, your attorney may wish to include language similar to the following: "I give, devise, and bequeath to the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, now or formerly in the City of Alexandria, (dollar amount, percentage, or ____ percent of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate), to be used for its general purposes."
Commanders Club: If you would like to join the LELDF Commanders Club with a tax-deductible, monthly gift of just $9.99 or more, you’ll empower the LELDF with the resources we need to support these officers and turn the tide of the perverse anti-cop culture sweeping our country.
As a member of the LELDF Commander's Club, you'll get exclusive access to future LELDF Dispatch Report conference calls where you'll have the chance to hear from other LELDF Board members, some of the officers we're supporting, and professionals in the law enforcement community.
You'll also receive a free LELDF logo decal to proudly display on your car window or bumper.
And, you’ll receive an official LELDF Commanders Club membership card to keep in your wallet or purse.
The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law, and are made with the understanding that LELDF has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. If we receive more than we need for any one law enforcement officer’s case, the remaining funds will be used to assist other officers and/or to help further other programs. Upon your written request to our national office, we will be pleased to send you a copy of our most recent audited financial statement.
