Individuals, PACs, and Corporations may contribute a maximum of $6,000 to the campaign per election cycle - $3,000 for the primary election and $3,000 for the general election. Couples may give a combined contribution of $6,000 from a joint account for the general election.

State law requires committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 in a reporting cycle. Contributions to Hatchett for Georgia are not deductible for tax purposes. Contributions are only permissible from US Nationals or lawfully admitted permanent residents.
