Our legal team has filed another lawsuit to protect gun owners -- this time against the City of Pittsburgh, PA. (See PittsburghCase.com for more info.) But we need YOUR SUPPORT!
FOAC, et al. v. Pittsburgh is a lawsuit challenging the City of Pittsburgh, Mayor Bill Peduto, and six City Council members over the City's latest gun control legislation.
Under state law, no “county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealth.”
But, as litigation attorney Joshua Prince said, the City of Pittsburgh is more concerned with passing unconstitutional and unlawful gun control than complying with the law.
That's why we're suing to protect the fundamental rights of law-abiding citizens. And we're asking YOU to support this case by making a tax-deductible contribution TODAY!
Please chip in $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can to support this important case.
Together, we will remind these tyrants that the rights of the people will prevail over the radical policy agenda of anti-gun politicians and their billionaire puppetmasters!
