DKE Emergency Fund
Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity has created an emergency fund designed to assist our undergraduate members during times of crisis, whether personal or otherwise, through monetary grants.
This fund has been created now because of the hardships experienced by our undergraduate brothers in terms of access to housing, dining halls, and other services provided on campus being removed because of campus shutdown due to COVID-19. Many of our brothers rely on these resources for every day commodities, such as food and shelter.
This is especially true for our brothers who are paying for their own education, dues, and overall livelihood.
This fund is entirely composed of funds from our donors, to include Alumni, Parents and Family Members, and other Undergraduates.
Examples of fund uses include:
- Ensuring the undergraduate brother has access to nutritious food while permanent solutions are put in place.
- Establishing a way to replace items lost in a fire or other disaster.
- Ensuring international dues/risk management fees are paid or subsidized so that the brother can stay active in the Fraternity during a crisis.
- Funding partial tuition/academic expenses during an unforeseen personal or family struggle.
Please consider making an individual or recurring gift of $18.44 to support an undergraduate brother during this very volatile time. This truly does make a difference in keeping the bonds of brotherhood tight.
