Any contributions to Cotton Victory permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended ("FECA"), 2 U.S.C. 431 et seq., from donors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits shall be allocated among the participating committees pursuant to the FECA and the following method:
• The first $5,000 of any contribution per calendar year shall be allocated to Republican Majority Fund;
• The next $3,300 of any individual or non-multicandidate PAC contribution shall be allocated to Cotton For Senate, Inc. for the primary election;
• The next $3,300 of any individual or non-multicandidate PAC contribution shall be allocated to Cotton For Senate, Inc. for the general election;
• The next $5,000 of any multicandidate PAC contribution shall be allocated to Cotton For Senate, Inc. for the primary election;
• The next $5,000 of any multicandidate PAC contribution shall be allocated to Cotton For Senate, Inc. for the general election;
The maximum an individual or federal non-multicandidate PAC may contribute to this joint fundraising committee is $11,600. The maximum amount a federal multicandidate PAC may contribute is $15,000.
Any contribution to Cotton Victory by any donor which upon allocation to the Participant(s) under the allocation formula exceeds the contribution limit of the donor to the Participant(s) shall be re-allocated to the other Participant(s) according to the allocation method above. Notwithstanding the allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular committee. Any contribution that would cause a contributor to exceed a contribution limit or otherwise be impermissible will be refunded to the contributor. Contributions to Cotton Victory and both Participants are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
