“I understand and agree that Freedom Club PAC may use the funds I contribute for political purposes (including campaign media spending), which may require Freedom Club PAC to disclose identifying information, including my name, address, occupation and employer, in reports that are filed with the Arizona Secretary of State or other government agencies and made available to the general public.”

Note: Arizona law permits donors to “opt out” of having their funds used for campaign media spending by notifying the recipient within 21 days of the donation, and to obtain a receipt confirming their choice. Because campaign media spending is integral to Freedom Club PAC's mission, however, we regrettably cannot accept donations from persons who decline to check this box.
