Contributions made to Yang for Superintendent of Public Instruction 2022 are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the California Political Reform Act. Contributions may be made to a maximum of $8,100 per election and per entity with an entity defined as an individual, business, corporation, LLC/LLP, State/Local candidate committee or State PAC. Husbands and wives are considered separate entities.

Effective August 21, 2020, Political Reform Act Section 18402.2, an LLC is required to provide complete information on the "Responsible Officer" who made the decision to contribute.

State law also requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, physical address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $100 a year. Contributions or gifts made to Yang for Superintendent of Public Instruction 2022 are not tax deductible. Your check may be processed electronically and your account may be charged a bank fee in the event your account has insufficient funds.
