Maximum contribution allowed is $2,600 per individual, corporation, or PAC election cycle. Couples may give a combined contribution of $5,200 from a joint account for the Primary Election. The maximum an individual, corporation or PAC may contribute is $5,200 ($2,600 to be allocated to the Primary and $2,600 to the General elections). State law requires political committees (PACs) to report the name, mailing address and occupation of any person making a contribution of $101 or more in a reporting cycle. Only U.S. citizens or green card holders can contribute.
