The Right.us site gives U.S. citizens the ability to contribute directly to the conservative candidates and political committees of their choosing. All contributions received by federal candidates and political committees (collectively, "Recipients") are subject to the source restrictions and amount limits of federal law.
Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without a "green card" are prohibited. Federal law requires each Recipient to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election.
By making a contribution through the Right.us site, the contributor is certifying that the following statements are true and accurate:
(1) The contribution is being made by a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (a "green card" holder);
(2) The contribution is being made from the contributor's personal funds (not from an account maintained by a corporation, labor union, or national bank) and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity;
(3) The contributor is not a federal government contractor; and
(4) The contributor is consenting to potentially receive emails, calls, and/or texts from donation recipients (listed on this form), including automated calls and texts (message & data rates may apply).
The Right.us site, which is built on Anedot’s Donation Platform, is a proprietary web-based commercial product providing contribution-processing services directly to contributors. Neither Right.us nor Anedot is a political committee, and our content is not authorized by any candidate or committee.
Contributions are non-refundable unless it is found that a transaction was duplicated. By making a contribution using a credit card, you agree that you will first contact Right.us or Anedot before reaching out to your credit card company for any questions.

Contributions made to this Nominee Fund will be forwarded to the eventual nominee pursuant to the following criteria: The candidate must win the 2020 Republican primary election as determined by local election rules and the NRSC must endorse the candidate no later than 72 hours after the candidate has been declared as the winner of the primary. In the event there is no Republican candidate who meets these criteria, then your contribution will default to the NRCC or to the Republican National Committee if the NRCC is unable to accept your contribution, or your contribution will be refunded.
