VFW Post 5019

We have made it our mission to assist the nearly 4,000 veterans who live in our community. We are committed to achieving that mission in a family friendly environment. We strive to include the citizens of Shelbyville and Bedford County in everything we do.

The Bedford County Memorial VFW Post 5019 is excited to announce we are currently raising funds to build an outdoor Veterans Pavilion on our property.

The pavilion will be our gateway to the Mighty Duck River! We want to build a place where our Veterans and Community can come together to celebrate and get to know each other better. From cook-outs to fishing to kayaking we hope to host events that provide a family-friendly day for all to enjoy.
