Montgomery County conservatives lost key local races in 2023 and 2025 because thousands stayed home while Democrats dominated absentee and student turnout.

In 2026, the Democrat “gerrymandering” referendum was decided by just 84 votes in the county, with Democrats winning on mail and provisional ballots.

VA Voter Action is a Montgomery County-based 501(c)(4) nonprofit fighting back. We are mobilizing permanent absentee signups for conservatives, educating voters, and building strong grassroots turnout to win the 2026 Sheriff Special Election and 2027 local races.
