Tom Sell Victory Committee (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Conservative Tom Sell

for Congress and Food, Fuel, and Fiber PAC (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”).

Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”),

from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable federal contribution limits, shall be allocated

among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.

Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee:

Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $8,500 in total to this joint fundraising

effort. Such contributions will be allocated as follows:

1. The first $3,500 will be allocated to Conservative Tom Sell for Congress, 2026 General Election

account.

2. The next $5,000 will be allocated to Food, Fuel, and Fiber PAC for the 2026 annual limit.

Contributions Made by a Federal Multicandidate Political Committee:

Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $10,000 in total to this joint fundraising effort. Such

contributions will be allocated as follows:

1. The first $5,000 will be allocated to Conservative Tom Sell for Congress, 2026 General Election

account.

2. The next $5,000 will be allocated to Food, Fuel, and Fiber PAC for the 2026 annual limit.

Contributions to Tom Sell Victory Committee, or to any participating Committee individually, are not

deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations,

labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without lawful

permanent residency (green cards), and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited.

Contributions that exceed a donor's applicable contribution limit to one or more participating Committees

shall be reallocated to the other participating Committee(s) in accordance with this allocation formula, to

the extent permitted by federal law. Donors may designate their contribution for a specific participating

Committee, in accordance with the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA).

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation,

and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year or election

cycle, as applicable.
