Michael Thompson for FL's 22nd Congressional District
Michael Thompson is an America First, lifelong Florida resident. Born in Palm Beach Gardens, Michael relocated to Belle Glade, the town in which he was raised, after 25 years in Lee County where he worked in the real estate industry. A successful entrepreneur, Michael most recently served as Chairman of the Lee County (FL) Republican Executive Committee and the Republican Liberty Caucus of Lee County.
While Chairman of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee, Michael was also a member of the Republican Executive Committee of Florida and Chairman of Florida's 19th Congressional Caucus. In addition, he sat on the State Executive Board of the Republican Party of Florida.
Michael is the former State Director of Florida for America First, empowered by The America Project, a 501c4 dedicated to advocating for America First policies and heavily focus on election integrity. In April 2023, as Chairman of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee, Michael hosted President Donald J. Trump as keynote speaker for their annual Lincoln Reagan Dinner that raised over $500,000.
A lifetime member of the NRA, Michael is a Constitutionalist and an advocate for States Rights via the 10th amendment. He is frequently attacked by Big Tech and Fake News outlets for his strong support of the First Amendment.
Because of his deep roots in the Glades, Michael is passionate about Florida and is dedicated to maintaining its glory for future generations.
