Join The Civil Rights Coalition for the Campaign Kick-off to Repeal Chapter 135 "The Act of Modernizing Firearms"

The Civil Rights Coalition is a grassroots organization formed by Massachusetts Citizens who are committed to protecting and preserving the constitutional rights of all residents. Our focus in on repealing Chapter 135, An Act Modernizing Firearm Laws" and ensuring that similar unconstitutional legislation does not erode the civil liberties that are the cornerstone of our democracy.

The Civil Rights Coalition has already collected over 100,000 signatures for a 2026 ballot initiative to repeal Chapter 135 in November 2026.

Our Guest Speaker is Senator Peter Durant who has filed S.1671 to try and repeal the law within the State House.
