Update 12/28/18: CGF filed a petition for Supreme Court review in a federal Second and Fourteenth Amendment lawsuit challenging the State of California’s handgun roster and “microstamping” laws.

The California handgun roster is one of the most outrageous anti-constitutional institutions in the United States. The Calguns Foundation has sued the California Department of Justice to overturn the handgun roster in our landmark case of Peña v. Lindley.

This is a critical Second Amendment lawsuit that has a very real chance of going all the way to the Supreme Court, but we need your help to get it there!
