Your status as a Delegate or Alternate will be updated when your Club President submits your Club Credentials. You must be Credentialed by your Club President to attend as a Delegate or Alternate to be seated. Once you are credentialed, you will be notified by the Credential Committee your status as a Delegate or Alternate.
If you are a TFRW Officer, District Director, or Past TFRW President register as At-Large Delegate.
ALL REGISTRATION ONLINE. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.
NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations; however, name changes will be allowed. All name changes must be received by TFRW in writing by email. No name changes will be honored after October 20, 2025. Email Name change requests to TFRW@TFRW.ORG Hotel room changes must be handled with the hotel directly.
