I designate my contribution to the Ted Budd for Senate Primary 2028. For amounts in excess of my Ted Budd for Senate Primary 2028 Election contribution limit, I authorize any remaining amounts from my contribution to be designated to the Ted Budd for Senate General 2028 Election.
Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions to Ted Budd for Senate are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
The Federal Election Commission requires that all of these statements are true for anyone contributing to the campaign.

• I am not making this contribution in the name of another person
• I am 18 years of age or older
Contributions from corporations, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. An individual may contribute up to $6,600 ($3,300 to the Primary 2028 election and $3,300 to the General 2028 election). Couples may contribute $13,200 ($6,600 to the Primary 2028 election and $6,600 to the General 2028 election) from a joint account, but such a contribution requires both signatures.
