What Can We Do?

Our first step will be to seek an injunction from the El Dorado County Superior Court to halt Measure T in its tracks. If we are successful in this effort, you will be able to continue to vacation rent your Tahoe home. Over the longer term, our goal is to challenge the legality of Measure T and ensure it does not become a City ordinance.  

We have already raised some funding, but will need more to finance attorney fees and court costs as we engage in this battle to protect our rights, first to seek and secure an injunction, and, ultimately, to overturn Measure T.  We anticipate such costs to be in the range of $150,000 to $200,000.
