This contribution is made from my personal funds, LLC funds or corporate funds if registered with the State of Tennessee as a PAC. I am a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and this contribution will not be reimbursed by another person. By law, the maximum amount contribution is $3,600 per person or $7,200 per couple per four year election cycle. Tennessee law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $100 in a reporting period. PACs can contribute up to $28,800 for the four year cycle. Contributions to John Stevens for State Senate are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. No cash donations will be accepted.
