Register to Vote + Postcard Party

October 5 is the last day to register to vote in Georgia. After that, the November 3 ballot gets decided without you.

So we're making an evening of it. Wednesday, September 23, 6:00 - 7:30 PM at Book & Barrel, with Jack Zibluk - candidate for State Senate District 53, Jade Michalski - candidate for Catoosa County Commissioner District 4, and the Catoosa County Democrats.

CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION. Takes about ninety seconds. People get moved to inactive status or dropped for reasons they never hear about, and the time to find that out is now, not on November 3 at the polling place.

EVENT ACTIVITIES

REGISTER, OR UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS. We'll have paper applications and we'll walk you through the online form, whichever you'd prefer. Bring your Georgia driver's license or state ID number, or the last four of your Social Security number. You'll need one of them, so don't come empty-handed.

WRITE POSTCARDS. Cards, stamps, addresses, and a script if you want one. Take a stack home if you'd rather write them on your own couch.

BRING SCHOOL SUPPLIES. Still collecting for Teacher Appreciation night on October 8. Whatever teachers don't take home goes to Catoosa County schools.

*MOST-REQUESTED SUPPLIES (straight from Catoosa teachers): Clorox wipes and paper towels in bulk, WIRED headphones (not Bluetooth), storage bins, Kleenex, glue sticks, pencils, Expo markers in fun colors, fidgets, pastel printer paper
