Save Austin Now PAC has launched a new accountability project for District Attorney Jose Garza and County Attorney Delia Garza to ensure they are in compliance with HB 17 (which took effect Sept. 1, 2023).

Save Austin Now, CLEAT and SafeHorns have launched GarzaWatch.com and will be conducting research on declined prosecutions and habitual offenders.
