As the holiday season approaches, we’re thrilled to invite you to our Annual San Francisco Republican Christmas Party, a cherished conservative tradition celebrating fellowship, community, and the spirit of the season.

Contributions to the San Francisco County Republican Central Committee are non-tax deductible for Federal or California tax purposes. Individual contributions will be used in both Federal and California state elections and may be made in any amount. The first $10,000 received per calendar year (husband and wife counted separately) will be used for Federal elections. Contributions used for Federal elections: Individuals and unincorporated associations may contribute up to $10,000 per contributor, per calendar year combined limit (husbands and wives are considered separate contributors and "combined limit" refers to contributions to all state, district and local party committees). Federal PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per year combined limit. Corporate Contributions: Corporate contributions will be used in California state elections and may be used for special, Federal "Levin Account" purposes. These contributions may be made in any amount. Federal "Levin Account": The second $10,000 received from an individual, and the first $10,000 from any corporation, may be placed in the San Francisco County Republican Party's Levin account and will be used for federal election activity. Contributions used for state and local elections: Individuals, PACs, business entities and corporations may contribute unlimited amounts for California state and local elections and ballot issues, and may be allocated as follows: (a) up to $38,800 for candidate support, (b) amounts in excess of $38,800 per calendar year will be used for permissible, non-direct candidate support purposes. Special donor disclosure requirements: Contributors of $10,000.00 or more to the Party's state and local elections account and all other state or local candidates, PACs, political party committees or ballot measures in a calendar year, must file a California Major Donor Report. Federal and California law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each donor whose contributions aggregate $100.00 or more per calendar year.

Individuals, federal PACs, and unincorporated associations may contribute up to $10,000 per contributor per calendar year (spouses are considered separate contributors) to our federal account; federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year. Individual contributions will be used in both federal and California state elections and may be made in any amount. The first $10,000 received per individual per calendar year will be used for federal elections. The next $10,000 received from an individual or business entity will be placed in the SFRCCC’s “Levin Account” and will be used for “federal election activity.” Additional contributions to the state committee from individuals, businesses and PACs are unlimited, and may be allocated as follows: up to $45,500 per calendar year for direct state candidate support, with amounts in excess used for permissible non-direct state candidate support purposes. Contributors of $10,000 or more to the SFRCCC and all other state or local candidates, PACs, political party committees or ballot measures in a calendar year must file a California “Major Donor Committee” report. Contributions may not be accepted from federal government contractors, or from foreign nationals without permanent residency (Green Card holders may contribute). Campaign finance laws prohibit reimbursing donors for their contributions. SFRCCC does not accept any contribution that is earmarked for a specific candidate, and will return any such earmarked contribution.
