CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION:

Proceeds will benefit Friends of Richard Garcia for Senate LD 38. Contributions are limited to $2,600 per individual or company per election. New Jersey law prohibits entities operating in certain regulated industries (casinos, financial institutions, insurance companies, and utilities) from contributing. Vendors doing or seeking to do business with the State of New Jersey and certain individuals associated with those vendors may also be prohibited from contributing amounts in excess of $300 per election. Please consult N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 et seq. and Executive Order 117, regarding a vendor that holds or is seeking a contract with the State of New Jersey or its agencies or authorities in an amount in excess of $17,500. In addition, no cash or currency contributions will be accepted. Contributions or gifts to Friends of Richard Garcia for Senate LD 38 are not deductible for income tax purposes.

INFORMATION FOR PARTNERSHIPS OR LLCs:

A partnership or limited liability company may not contribute as an entity. However, a check from a partnership or limited liability company may be accepted so long as it is accompanied by a letter allocating the contribution to the individual partner(s) or member(s), and the letter is signed by each contributing partner or member. The letter must include each contributing partner’s or member’s home address, occupation, and the name and mailing address of the partner’s or member’s employer.
