Join RWCC as we honor Donna Sivigny, former CCPS Board of Education member and our 2026 Woman of the Year.

Donna made a lasting impact on Carroll County schools through her dedication to students, teachers, and the promotion of common-sense policies.

This year a portion of the proceeds will benefit MREC (The Marriage and Relationship Education Center). Donna played a key role in bringing MREC’s work on healthy relationships into Carroll County Public Schools, recognizing the importance of strong families and healthy relationships in student success.

Her leadership and collaboration helped ensure this approach was embraced as a valuable resource for students and the school community.
