Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes. Corporate contributions and contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions may be deposited into the Republican Party of Pennsylvania's Federal account, unless prohibited by law. Funds deposited into the federal account are subject to federal contribution limits, while the PA state account can accept unlimited personal, PAC or limited partnership contributions. Federal candidates and officeholders are not soliciting non-federal contributions. Federal and state law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
