Contributions or gifts to Perdue for Senate are not tax deductible as charitable contributions & are subject to the prohibitions & limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. An individual may contribute a maximum of $2600 for the primary, $2600 for the primary runoff & $2600 for the general election. By submitting your contribution, you agree that the first $2600 of your contribution is designated for the general election; excess funds will be used to retire campaign debt first from the general primary & then the primary runoff. Federal multi-candidate political action committees (PACs) may contribute up to $5000 per election. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, & federal government contractors are prohibited. All contributions must be from the contributor's personal funds. Corporations & individuals are prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to Perdue for Senate. To comply with federal law, we must use our best efforts to obtain & report the name, mailing address, occupation & employer of all individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle.
