Save Two Neglected Senior Dogs Today!

Bert & Ernie arrived as an emergency intake at Penny's on July 10th. We were not prepared to take these boys in, but the call came and we said yes.

These two senior dogs, ages 12 and 14, were found in a criminal abuse and neglect case in Central Florida, along with 18 other dogs and countless other animals. A Good Samaritan got all the dogs (tethered and caged throughout the property) to safety after the owners were jailed and banned from owning dogs again. Nobody was taking these two seniors, so Penny's welcomed them with open arms.

These two sweet boys are going to need immediate veterinary care. They arrived frightened with wounds, skin issues, ear infections, coughs, and joint pain. They will also need necessities such as food, treats, toys, beds, flea treatment, and skin/ear supplies.
