Last year, Democrat Rep. Frank Burns cast the deciding vote to kill Constitutional Carry in the State House, ensuring law-abiding gun owners would continue to need a government permission slip to carry a firearm in Pennsylvania.1

Several months later, he voted to rule “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation constitutional -- thereby sending it to the floor of the House for a full vote, allowing an insidious gun control bill to live another day and become closer to becoming law.2

His record is clear. Instead of standing with law-abiding gun owners, Burns has sided with anti-gun radicals like Speaker Joanna McClinton and Governor Josh Shapiro twice now.

As you may know, Burns is a Democrat representing a Pro-Second Amendment district who continually hides his anti-gun agenda and his allegiance to the far-left in order to get reelected. 

That’s why Pennsylvania Gun Rights is launching an all-out campaign to expose Burns’ betrayal of your gun rights.
