The Partnership for A Better Mecklenburg is a duly organized referendum campaign committee and is registered as such with the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections and incorporated with the Office of the North Carolina Secretary of State.

Contributions to Partnership For A Better Mecklenburg Committee are not tax deductible.

There is no limit on campaign contributions for a referendum committee, all contributions and expenses will be reported to the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections according to their published deadline for campaign finance reports. Corporate contributions to the Partnership for a Better Mecklenburg are acceptable.

By making a donation, you are declaring the following: 

I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business credit or debit card or a card issued to another person.

I am at least eighteen years old.
