Contribution rules
Omar Navarro for Congress may accept contributions from individuals and unincorporated businesses and federal PACs of $3,300 per election (the Primary and General are separate elections). Qualified federal multi candidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election.
Corporate and labor union contributions are not permitted by law. Federal government contractors and foreign nationals are also prohibited from making contributions to this committee. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
