It seems Governor Cooper is celebrating Halloween early. Instead of "Trick or Treat", he's playing "Trick and Cheat".

He's tricked the General Assembly into thinking he'd keep his end of the bargain, and now he's trying to cheat us with executive and judicial strong-arming. As the lawyers appointed by the GOP leaders said this week, "Ultimately, the proposed consent decree appears to reflect a collusive effort to obtain by court decree what plaintiffs have been unable to obtain by litigation and the (Cooper administration) could not obtain legislatively".

In short, he's tricking North Carolinians by cheating them of their rights to privacy and religious liberty. Help us send a message to Governor Cooper.
