NGA’s Advocacy and Legal Fund is a member-funded resource that supports NGA’s government relations and legal defense activities. The Fund serves as a force multiplier for NGA’s advocacy on behalf of independent grocers.
- Advocacy - Enabling our small lobbying team to expand our capacity and output to influence numerous key NGA member priorities;
- Legal - Supporting our legal defense work to fight for grocers in court and provide legal counsel to NGA members;
- Member Resources - Developing regulatory and compliance resources exclusively available to NGA members.
