Allan Louis Loeb Memorial Garden Paver Order Form

Each 6” x 9” Paver is $100.

Each paver may include up to five (5) Lines, 15 Characters per line, including spaces and punctuation marks.

All inscriptions will be centered on the paver and engraved in all capital letters. Shapes or images are not permitted.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your patience is requested as pavers will be engraved and installed in bulk.

The final location of individual pavers may not be specified.

We reserve the right not to install a paver with wording that is deemed inappropriate.

Your proceeds will support the medical veterinary expenses for the K-9 Barrett Memorial Animal Control Facility shelter animals or the Allan Louis Loeb Memorial Garden.
