Which one of these responses would you say might best describe your thoughts about the problems of the unconstitutionality and abuses of the current Minnesota Department of the Education? A judge should immediately arrest this hazardous wrongdoing to the full extent of the judicial power. Beyond that obvious first step, a judge should be willing to hear arguments likening the offending officials' tort to something similar to criminal harrasment or negligence liability for the deliberate efforts of state officials to deliberately harm certain Minnesotans, particularly children--including by deliberately seeking to shame, harass, or psychologically harm them based on such things as the color of their skin. Situation requires standfast sweeping and great attention to getting things fixed with, very likely, lots of fresh staff who are not entrenched in this unconstitutuional corruption and the gross commissions of these abuses. The top level staff are likely to bear too much responsibility for all this wrongdoing to stay, but the many may have been heavily influenced by the surrounding toxic ideologies and they can be deprogrammed and translate their knowledge into a restored legitimate environment. The resolution of the problems with these policies just needs to end with Minnesota getting education standards--coupled with the meaningful arrest of all this inappropriate indoctrination they are pouring out now. Any problems are just run-of-the-mill excesses. There are no problems, the whole discussion of this site is just reactionary stuff not worth serious consideration as it clearly goes against our social direction, which is, at this time, primarily about acting according with the prerogative to reverse centuries or millennia racial imbalances. All the retributions of the Department of Education's policies and antiracist discriminations are valid and necessary--that is the future of constitutionalism regarding State and Federal government.

Right now, I would like to say I am raring to support and help drive needed changes to Minnesota's Education policies and operations. I am glad that Education Standards is doing the work it is doing, but I doubt I would want get very involved. You should probably send me fewer updates than most folks might like. I definitely would like advice, specifically, about reaching out to legislators and policymakers to have them make their willingness to correct these problems plain (or to make their denials plain) and to get these problems addressed in a timely way and in concert with the activism of others. It is important that all willing to stand up to these abuses stand up together--we needs all individuals and organizations rowing together to overcome the status quo. I would like to know more about the set-up and operations of Education Standards, in terms of its organization and policies--maybe just as someone interested in governmental change campaigns. I would like to discuss matters of education policy with Education Standards or share information. I am a parent worried for my children or grandchildren or I am very worried about my family, Minnesota communities, or society's future. I have experienced toxic school ideology and abuse or closely witnessed it.
