Note: Contributions to Meinhardt for U.S. Senate are subject to the limits and prohibitions of federal law. Individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions must be made from the donor’s own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Donations from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals (non–U.S. citizens or green-card holders) are prohibited. U.S. permanent residents (green-card holders) may contribute.
All contributions are voluntary and not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
By donating, you affirm that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green-card holder).
- The contribution is made from your personal funds and not from a corporation or other prohibited source.
- You are not a federal contractor.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are making this contribution with your own credit card and not on behalf of another person.
