Max McCrite is a New Albany native, a devoted husband to his wife Zynthia, and a proud father of two. He is a practicing attorney, a former Deputy Prosecutor, and serves as a Pro Tempore Judge when called upon.
Today, Max is announcing his candidacy for Judge of Floyd County’s Superior Court No. 3.
Throughout his legal career, Max has stood up for justice in courtrooms across Southern Indiana—protecting families, upholding the rule of law, and working to ensure fairness for all. He earned his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law after graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Providence High School, right here in the heart of the community he calls home.
