Donahue For Ohio

All contributions to Donahue for Ohio are subject to the limits set by the Ohio Supreme Court’s Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 4.4(I) and Ohio campaign finance law. The current contribution limits are

Individuals - $1,700 for the primary election and $1,700 for the general election period.

Organizations (LLCs, partnerships, PACs) - $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election period.

Corporations and labor unions may not contribute directly (only through an affiliated PAC).

Contributions from foreign nationals or other prohibited sources are not accepted.

All donations are publicly reported to the Ohio Secretary of State.
