Contributions to Matern 2020 are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
The Matern 2020 presidential campaign committee may accept contributions of up to $2,800 per election from an individual and up to $5,000 per election from a federal PAC. Contributions from individuals up to $2,800 will be designated for the primary election, and contributions up to an additional $2,800 will be designated for the general election to the extent permitted by law. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals (non-citizens without a “green card”) are prohibited. Federal law requires our best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individual contributors.
