After prayer and reflection with my family, I’ve decided to run for Congress. My decision is not about ambition, it’s about service. I’ve seen firsthand how much our country needs leaders with courage and conviction again.

You know me. You know my record. As Sheriff, I have stood shoulder to shoulder with law enforcement, defended our freedoms, and fought to keep our communities safe. I’ve never backed down from doing what’s right — even when it wasn’t popular — and I won’t start now.

Our future liberty and freedoms are not guaranteed with silence but with action. I intend to fight for them in Congress with the same faith, strength and resolve that has guided me my whole life.
