Members will consider a proposed suspension of the 30-day bylaw notice requirement due to a recently discovered clerical oversight involving an expired bylaw provision, followed by consideration of a corrective amendment intended to restore the bylaws to a complete and internally consistent form. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and participate in this important discussion on the organization's governance.
