Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of federal law. The maximum an individual or federal PAC may contribute is $5,000 per calendar year. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
