2026 Ballot Access Drive

Overview: The Libertarian Party of Maryland is working to regain official party status, and we need your help to get there. Every $8 funds one more raw signature toward the 10,000 valid signatures required to restore our ballot access and ensure Maryland voters have a real choice -- a Libertarian candidate on the ballot.

Proven results:

Detail: The Libertarian Party of Maryland is an all-volunteer organization. Your contribution fuels seasoned, paid petitioners from neighboring states. If you believe in having a president on all 50 states, please consider donating today and helping us secure the signatures we need. This secures ballot access in the 2026 Presidential and 2030 Gubernatorial. We retain ballot access in Maryland when 1% or more of the voters choose our gubernatorial or presidential candidate. Very achievable. Your money can make a lasting difference for the next decade or longer!

For numbers people: The Libertarian Party of Maryland has diligently saved $50,000 over the past decade. We have spent $35,000 and have a current burn rate of $11,000 per month. We have $15,000 left. That will get us 6,250 raw signatures. LP National has encumbered $5,000 (625 raw signatures). We need your help to get us to 10,000 valid signatures.
