Contributions must be from US citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (i.e. green card holders); contributions must come from your own funds, may not be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution; you are making this contribution with your own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person; you are at least 18 years old; and you are not a federal contractor. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes and will be used for political purposes. Corporate or foreign national contributions are prohibited. Federal law requires Log Cabin Republicans PAC to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
