Contributions to Kyle Hall Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, business entities, labor unions, professional associations, lobbyists or insurance companies are prohibited. An individual may contribute $6,400 per election.
All contributions must be made in the name of a single person. Anonymous contributions are prohibited. Contributions from non-U.S. citizens are prohibited.
All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the full name of the contributor, the address, employer and occupational information.
