Contribution Rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.


Contributions to Kari Lake for Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $9,900 ($3,300 for the general election; $3,300 for the primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired; $3,300 to the recount fund), while couples may contribute up to $19,800 ($3,300 each for the general election; $3,300 each for the primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired; $3,300 each to the recount fund). Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $15,000 ($5,000 for the general election; $5,000 for the primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired; $5,000 to the recount fund). Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election.
