Contributions to Justice Jane Bland Campaign are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. State law requires certain political committees to use best efforts to collect and report the full name and address, principal occupation or job title, and full name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $200 in a reporting period. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Individual contributions are limited to $5,000 in accordance with Title 15, Texas Election Code, Section 253.155; however, PACs may contribute up to $25,000 and firms may contribute in aggregate up to $30,000 per individual firm.
