Campaign law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute to our campaign.
By clicking “Donate”, I certify that the following statements are true and accurate:
- I am a U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- The funds being contributed are my own and were not provided to me by another person for the purposes of making this contribution
- I am not prohibited by law from making this contribution.
Proceeds will benefit the election fund of Jonathan M. Rose. New Jersey law prohibits entities operating in certain regulated industries (casinos, financial institutions, insurance companies, utilities, etc.) from contributing. Election law allows contributions with a limit of $2,600 per election from individuals and $8,200 per election from PACs.
A partnership or limited liability company may not contribute as an entity, but a check can be given as long as it is accompanied by a letter 1) allocating the contribution to the individual partner(s) or member(s), 2) that is signed by each contributor and 3) includes the home address of each contributor. A contributor’s total contribution cannot exceed $2,600 per election.
Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
