Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program 

Under the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program, contributions of up to $75/person or $150/couple are fully refundable by the State of Minnesota. Once your donation is received, we will send you a letter with the PCR form along with instructions to submit for your refund. Here are the steps to follow to receive your refund.

Step 1

Donate securely online.

Step 2

The Jessica L Johnson for House campaign will email you a receipt and form provided by the Minnesota Department of Revenue to claim your refund.

Step 3

Complete the form and mail it in the envelope we provide, along with your receipt, before April 15, 2027 to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Step 4

The State of Minnesota will send you a check fully refunding your contribution of up to $75 per person or $150 per couple in about two to four weeks.

You may apply for your refund at any time, but no later than April 15, 2027.
